I currently manage a team of 8 specialist sourcing professionals in support of Citi's hiring process across Global Functions, Consumer and Technology in the UK&I and wider EMEA region including Poland, Hungary and MENA.

The team encompasses expertise in the following business areas;
- Audit, Compliance and Risk
- Legal
- Finance
- Corporate, Government and Public Affairs
- Technology
- Consumer Banking

I continue to focus on attracting and engaging with technology professionals within the banking and financial services industry. Citi have an industry leading equities technology suite and throughout 2018 we continue to expand in a number of key areas and will therefore have a number of mid to executive level openings across the EMEA region.
