- coordinating the Fault Management team (participation in Fault Coordinators’ meetings; proposing improvements to Fault Management Process; close cooperation with other Fault Coordinators, Line Managers, Product Owners & SCRUM Masters; providing fault report statistics/pronto statuses)
- supervising of fault corrections inside the team (assignment of new prechecks/fault reports to respective people, tracking Pronto progress; verification if fault report status is updated daily; checking correctness of fault report forms, controlling if released baseline contains requested corrections)
- preparing and supervising internal trainings (Fault Management Process, Pronto Tool usage)

- coordinating the work necessary to create a tender of sales
- supervising of the assignment of people responsible for each task in the preparation of tender
- monitoring building costs and the timeliness

- functional and non-functional software testing by using commercial and open source software tools
- generating reports by using a system which creates excel files with test results and bugs states
- coordinating and managing of the test team's work
