Associate Director Retail Department
Commercialisation of 7 shopping malls and outlet centers.
Creating the tenant mix strategy for the new and existing shopping malls.
Preparing rent-roll, budgeting.
Representing tenants in their expansion in Poland and abroad.
Preparing the following reports:
- researching the potential of launching new brands on the Polish market
- developing the potential of one of the biggest brands in Poland in the
shopping malls
- rent rate revision on high streets for one of the biggest retailers from
the greengrocery's sector.

Leasing and Administration Director
Reponsibility for 5 departments (18 employees) :
1. Lease & Expansion Department (lease management - all brands),
2. Investment & Operation Department (stores openings, repairs, current operation),
3. Legal Department,
4. Foreign Markets’ Development Department (negotiations and openings of stores abroad)
5. Administration Department (management of the stores’ and headquarter’s administration processes),
Responsible for the development and lease strategy of the stores’ chain - brands:
SIZEER, TIMBERLAND, 50STYLE, SYMBIOSIS, O'Neill, UMBRO/LOTTO
- different target groups and diversified concepts (80sqm-600sqm - 210 shops)
I increased the number of stores by 800% and I negotiated over 400 lease agreements.
I was responsible for the office space rental as a landlord (5 years) and for the investment process of adapting the office space to the company and the tenants.

Supervision over the company branch (30 employees, 14.000 clients);
Opening new branches;
Management of the Administration Department; close cooperation with the Audit Department and Operation Department ;
Analyzing, planning, organising and controlling the work of the team,
Supervising the correct preparation of reports for the Head Office in England;
Control of cash flow of the branch;
I obtained the best results in the internal audit of the 80 branch offices
Due to obtaining very good results in the internal audits I was also responsible for the recruitment and trainings of the employees dedicated for the managerial positions
