IT Recruitment Team Leader/ HR Manager
j-labs is a technological company, operating in IT outsourcing area. j-labs provides developement teams or individuals (developers, technical leaders, QA engineers, architects) in a field of Java and .NET technologies. Our teams are working at clients site or remotly from j-labs office.

• Coordination of the entire HR department in every field of activity (IT Recruitment
Processes, PR/Employer Branding, HR Administration),
• Reviewing and improving HR policies and procedure,
• Preparing analysis and reports for the Management Board.

IT Recruitment Specialist/ HR Specialist
In the field of IT Recruitment and Employer Branding :
• Running end-to-end recruitment process for IT positions at j-labs,
• Being responsible for all recruitment activities (advertising vacancies, sourcing candidates, interviewing, preparing job offers and negotiations),
• Monitoring of the IT labor market in Poland,
• Using alternative sourcing channels to find best suited candidates,
• Building lasting relationships with Candidates,
• PR/Employer Branding activities (both internal and external),
• Overseeing and coordinating the j-labs events such as IT Conferences, Job Fairs or integration events.
In the field of j-labs' Staff matters:
• Contact for employees in any HR- related matters.
