1. Control of the production process parameters:
-parameters denotation of pre-treatment solution,
-quality controlling of rinsing water,
-temperature measuring of pre-treatment solution and rinsing water,
-drying temperature measuring,
-powder coating curing conditions measuring.

2. Supporting for automatic dosage of chemicals (consumption monitoring, adjustment of settings, refilling of chemicals).
3. Quality control of chemical pre-treatment:
- degree of etching measuring,
- quality of the conversion coating studying.
4. Quality control of finished products:
-measuring of gloss of the conversion coating, thickness, appearance, dry and wet adhesion, hardness test polymerization test, cupping test, bending test, impact resistance test, Machu test.
5. Quality control registering (keeping the register of production process control, control panels and finished products).
6. Supporting of the wastewater treatment technology process (consumption monitoring, refilling of chemicals, chemical analysis of sewage discharged into the sewage system).
7. Reliable and factually filling of the production documents.
8. Supporting of the necessary software.
9. Performing all activities and operations in strict accordance with work instructions, technical documentation and production orders.
10. Making other, not listed above tasks assigned by the supervisor that serve the welfare and interests of the company.
