• optimization work-flow in deparments and between them.
• cooperation with other departments (service, marketing, sales, import, design, QA, hardware, software, CAD)

• running customer electronic projects for whole life cycle (from idea, through development and sale, till EOL); latest products: DVB-T, DVB-S/S2, DVB-C STBs, car DVR, DAB+ radios.
• technical support of existing products
• help in locating new products, upcomming market demands, high-margin niches and grow areas on the European markets
• creating reports related with particular products or group of products
• provide technical expertise to the top management
• optimization work-flow in deparments and between them
• cooperation with other departments (service, marketing, sales, import, design, etc), suppliers and major distributors
• representing on formal events (conferences, trade fairs etc.)
• training new employees
• technical support of existing products
