Have provided a variety of services to property and casualty insurance companies, public entities, corporate self-insurers, and captives. Reserving work has included analysis of workers’ compensation and general liabilities for primary insurers, public entities as well as self-insureds. Have reviewed loss reserves for reinsurers. Assisted with reviewing of reserves held by the company in receivership by utilizing model incorporating mortality based assumptions for workers' compensation pension claims. Assisted with the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) program development and implementation for a mid-size mutual insurance group consisting of risk identification, risk quantification, and model development. Participated in preparatory meetings with the model committee and drafted documentation that was shared with the Board of Directors. Worked closely with the team to develop a valuation model which will be utilized in the client's strategic planning. In addition to client work, a member of the ERM initiatives responsible for creating a knowledge base of relevant and typical ERM publications. The initiative is in the process of designing internal and external marketing presentations for marketing and educational opportunities.
