• VAT reconciliations:
- preparation of VAT purchase and sales registries,
- preparation of VAT returns (VAT-7, VAT-UE, VAT-27),
- preparation of VAT correcting returns,
- monthly reconciliation of VAT registry with sales / revenue accounts,
- verification of validity of VAT numbers of domestics suppliers and EU contractors,
- determination of VAT obligation / VAT reconciliation period for import of services,
- cooperation with sales department in order to secure compliance of sales invoices with the Polish VAT law;
• CIT reconciliations:
- preparation of monthly CIT calculations (incl. analysis of permanent and temporary tax differences),
- analysis of effective tax rate,
- tax planning;
• Withholding tax:
- identification of invoices / payments subject to WHT,
- preparation of monthly and annual IFT forms,
- gathering certificates of residence
• Transfer pricing - preparation of TP documentation
• Real estate tax - calculation of real estate tax and preparation of tax return
• Knowledge of the SAP system
• Tax accounts reconciliation
• SOX documentation.

• managing of projects for clients benefiting from state aid incentives in Special Economic Zones, including:
- preparation of documentation regarding the extension of the SEZ area over investor’s private land,
- preparation of documentation for obtaining the permit to operate within the SEZ,
- calculation of tax results on taxable and tax exempt activity,
- calculation of the limit of tax exemption,

• verification of correctness of corporate income tax calculations, including:
- identification of revenue items taxable for CIT purposes,
- identification of costs items tax deductible for CIT purposes,
- analysis of temporary and permanent differences between the accounting and taxable values,
- reconciliation of tax calculation with P&L and trial balance,

• applying for cash grants co-financed from the EU structural funds for R&D, training and eco-friendly projects.
