Created a ranking of 17 biggest congress centres in Germany, which involved defining a profile of requirements, visiting the congress centres and analysing them with regard to the quality of services, applicability of the building and price competitiveness.
The project was the biggest one mediated by GalileiConsult – it brought 40% of the revenues for the first three quarters of 2006.

Gave out general information about SAS Training, advised clients and recommended trainings based on clients’ experience with SAS Programs and their areas of application.
Adjusted the classrooms and prepared all documents for the trainings.
Led the statistical analysis of the evaluation forms for all trainings from October 2005 till February 2006 and co-wrote the performance summary of the Training Department for the year 2005.

Administered ICI – InfoCafé International: led the accommodation bureau, handled the personnel data and created a working schedule.
Enlarged the range of Studentenwerks services concerning international students: perfected the documentation set for foreign students, improved and implemented the program of cultural events and trips for international students.

As a Member of the Board: prepared the association for entering BDSU (Bundesverband Deutscher Studentischer Unternehmensberatungen - German platform for the best student consulting associations) and influenced the strategic orientation of GalileiConsult.
As PR Department Manager: doubled the number of the curators, published several articles about GalileiConsult in local press, designed new brochures, administered and edited the web site, led a training in marketing for 15 members.
As HR Department Member: organised diverse training and education weekends, generated links with external partners who provided training for GalileiConsult members, monitored the personnel data and recruited new members.
