preparing reports of fuel consumption and cars running costs. Managing the company’s mobile phones, changing the subscription plans, choosing tenders, invoicing costs of private calls.

Dealing with personnel matters – labour law, hygiene and safety regulations, preparing contracts
for freelancers, keeping a record of employees’ holidays and working time, preparing and
updating company’s procedures and regulations.
