Supporting the HR Recruiting Delivery organization in Switzerland. Play an important and critical role in providing excellent HR services. Single point of contact throughout the recruiting process for candidates, and hiring managers. Organizing and managing candidate interviews. Ensuring excellent candidate care and focus on customer service by handling all customer requests in a professional manner . Managing all candidate data, including input and accurate updates into the relevant HR systems . Coordinating and obtaining references and initiating the Onboarding process of new employees. Supporting continuously process improvement initiatives.

•Dostarczanie wysokiej jakości usług w zakresie obsługi i budowania relacji z klientem drogą telefoniczną i mailową

Building and developing relationship with new clients through various sources, and converting them into clients. Building and maintaining strong relationship with both new and existing clients and generating new business with them.
Generating business from new and existing customers and establishing recruiting requirements.
Building applicant sources by researching and contacting community services. Full execution of the recruitment process (including but not limited to job posting, phone interviewing, job interviewing, regular communication with candidates and managers, scheduling interviews) including the recruitment administration.
Managing posting of job vacancies at the best performing recruitment channels (responsiveness, quality and costs). Developing pool of internal and external talents.

Working as an Product Support Engineer (IT Speacialist) and
supporting Infrastructure as Wintel Specialist (AD & Exchange 2010).
Working to resolve Exchange & AD 2003/2007 issues.
Managing incident queue for the team.
Troubleshooting complex issues with Outlook, Blackberry and AD issues.
Have experience in working with diffrent CRMs (CA, Remedy, TfS etc.)
Need to maintain individual and team SLAs.
Managing processes and solutions for customer and internally.
Perfroming in sevral projects for immediate requirments.
training new resources on board on technical and processes.
Need to handle situation while a DR is going on.

Worked as an IT Analyst and supporting Infrastructure for one of the Italian clients via calls, email, tickets etc.
Worked to resolve exchange 2003/2007 issues.
Worked with diffrent tracks to ensure that IT issues are getting resolved and services are restored.
Managing incident queue for the team.
Troubleshooting complex issues with VPN, Outlook, Blackberry, IE and diffrent application issues.
Have experience in working with diffrent CRMs (CA, Remedy etc.)
Need to maintain individual and team SLAs like AHT, ASA, FCR and abandonment rate.
