Supporting the HR Recruiting Delivery organization in Switzerland. Play an important and critical role in providing excellent HR services. Single point of contact throughout the recruiting process for candidates, and hiring managers. Organizing and managing candidate interviews. Ensuring excellent candidate care and focus on customer service by handling all customer requests in a professional manner . Managing all candidate data, including input and accurate updates into the relevant HR systems . Coordinating and obtaining references and initiating the Onboarding process of new employees. Supporting continuously process improvement initiatives.
