managing 13 people in 4 departments, which included Purchasing, Raw Materials Warehouse, Customs and Traffics
managing a monthly budget of 2,500,000USD
purchasing equipment and spare parts used in the production line
evaluation of materials from all suppliers
controlling payments of invoices from suppliers
working with other departments to ensure that all specifications and delivery times meet their requirements

sourcing new and existing products throughout the Asian and European market
inside sales - evaluating client’s needs (hardware/software, network setups)
developing and implementing product marketing strategies
representing the company at all International Trade shows and seminars
developing and maintaining excellent working relationships with new and existing suppliers
co-coordinating and overseeing all international shipments to clients
