• ownership of freight audit process,
• taking direct part in meetings with customers,
• hosting training conferences on billing procedures,
• implementing new solutions and upgrades to the process,
• training and supervising junior employees,
• coordinating role in process of implementing new carriers to the audit system.

(independent position within Transport Team of Supply Chain Department located in Belgium reporting directly to Transport Leader Europe)
• being a dedicated person for contacts with external audit company,
• responsible for monitoring the outsourced freight audit process,
• identifying & resolving transactional, financial and technical issues,
• resolving exceptions,
• rising alert to higher management,
• being a contact person for carriers’ invoicing departments,
• responsible for creating and running reports on the process for higher management,
• played significant role in designing and implementing reports on timeliness and accuracy of invoicing,
• piloted the claims handling process in Wroclaw SSC.

• responsible for issuing, auditing and correcting invoices for customers in EMEA region,
• implementing new customers billing processes,
• cooperation and resolving problematic issues in direct cooperation with product managers.

• responsible for customer data managing and updating.

• responsible for documentation flow, office work and archiving procedures.

• responsible for web research, gathering data from Internet network and creating databases.
