• Identify and work on removing barriers and delays in the hiring process by partnering with the business and HR
• Manage Hiring Managers’ expectations throughout the staffing process
• Responsible for reporting recruitment statistics
• Using recruitment data and reports to positively influence stakeholders
• Drive continuous process improvement initiatives
• Main point of contact for any queries in the absence of the Operations Manager
• Responsible for the implementation of the staffing solution in Turkey as well as accountable for the day-to-day operations
• Indirectly manage a team of recruiters, and coordinator/onboarding specialists
