Specialty in Breakfast and Snacks
Private Kitchen Chef
A full breakfast is a fundamental basis for proper nutrition and health. Breakfast is important because it breaks your overnight fast, and helps your body get the nutrients it needs to have energy and function throughout the day. If we skip breakfast, our body does not acquire enough glucose to carry out the activities and tasks of the day, and that is why we will feel tired, listless and irritable. In addition, we will lack concentration. The aperitif is by definition a light meal that is eaten to whet the appetite before the main meal. At weddings or parties it is also the way to welcome the banquet and for the guests to greet each other and get to know each other, a way to break the ice and then share the rest of the celebration together. Appetizers can be hot and / or cold. If you want to be a bit more conservative with the rest of the menu to satisfy the most traditional palates, the aperitif is the moment that allows you to be daring and innovative. The mix of sweet and salty flavors to whet the appetite, a just right size to savor but not reach the meal too full, and having a balanced, varied and adequate amount of trays will make this moment a perfect mouth opener. . The presentation is paramount for me and we take care of each of the dishes to surprise the diners.

Therapist: Certified Massage (specialty in hot and cold stone massage)
Private Physitherapist
I give therapeutic massages that are a treatment through a massage in its different modalities and forms. Massage is a therapeutic tool used by humans to communicate and eliminate pain and stress in a natural way that helps improve health. My specialty is hot and cold stone massage. Hot and cold stone massages are an ancient oriental therapy that has many benefits, both for our physical and mental health. This type of massage has benefits for both the body and the mind. The hot or cold stones with inorganic living energy that contain in your body a series of minerals such as zinc, phosphorus and vitamin E, work in the reconstruction of skin cells. The power of the stones, together with the skill of the therapist's hands: revitalizes and oxygenates the skin, to achieve the balance of energy. The hot stones penetrate the muscles and joints, providing better mobility. It also stimulates blood circulation, oxygenates the blood, relaxes the body and achieves a very pleasant sedative effect for the person undergoing the massage. The cold stones are used especially for the relaxation of the facial muscles. They have very good effects on tired, varicose and swollen legs. "After each massage session with the stones, the energy that each chakra needs to be in perfect balance is recovered." The stones are good for different pathologies, such as depression phobias, self-esteem problems, fears, personal insecurities. They help to promote creativity and the relationship with others because it regulates the emotional system and the relationship with our "I". Hot and cold stones; Black and white, alternate to massage the body: the hot ones relax the muscles and the cold ones tone the body. There is one for each area of the body.
