Witam, mam problem z instalacją MicroStation V8i (SS 3) 08.11.09.397 na Win 7 64bit, podczas instalacji pojawia się error 1603 i przerywa proces instalacji, prośba o rady.

it looks like something wrong is with your information about installed Prerequisities stored in Windows registry.

What you can try (I did it few times already, but be careful):

Start Registry Editor (or search for regedit if you don't find it in Start menu).
Locate, where Prerequisities information are stored. On my computer with Windows 7 64bit they are at HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Bentley\XM_Prerequisite, on 32bit Windows it probably will be similar, but without WoW6423Node in the path.
Check, if 081109xx node exist or not.
If it exists, edit stored values, so it will contain 08110903 string, not earlier one like 08110901 etc.
If it doesn't exist, but earlier node exist (e.g. 081107xx), you can try copy the whole node and edit inside key values to 08110903.
Try to start installation again.
There are two extreme cases I am not sure how to solve:

There is no \Bentley\XM_Prerequisite record in your registry. I don't expect this if the installer tells you the prerequisities are installed.
The node 081109xx with values 08110903 in it exist, but it's not recognized.

Wersja 08.11.09.397 nie jest obsługiwana przez system X64 stąd problemy z instalacją.
