I don't care, the same as I would've rated the bird flu impact on it. Any excuse is good to draw people's attention away from the real problems.

We know in Poland the slogan "Yes we can('t)" ((Polak potrafi) so Is really UE 8 times better than RWPG to make it all in 5 years, not 40? And 4 times than our own 20 years after 1989?

Definitely a masterpiece. I've also read a few tales by Bulkhakov and they really kick ass. I strongly recommand.

As far as I know EU is the successor of EC, and just like in every offspring, it is supposed to be better than the older.
