DIGITAL PROJECT LEAD
We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Expert with broad range of experience in digital touchpoints. Someone able to craft brilliant consumer-centric ideas and execute them impeccably. You will be partnering with brand teams in activating digital/CRM plans and ensuring the brand message is consistent across all touchpoints.
You will be reporting to CRM/Digital Marketing Manager.
Your responsibility:

␣ Acting as a support / go-to person for other members of marketing team in relation to all digital activities (websites, social media, mobile, e-commerce, gaming etc.) to ensure superior user experience in these touchpoints,
␣ Driving CRM/Marketing Automation activities from briefing and implementation to demonstrating results,
␣ Designing connections between online and offline touch point in order to deliver superior consumer-centric brand experience,
␣ Acting as a partner to the marketing team in terms of ensuring consistency of brand messages across online and offline touchpoints,
␣ Cooperating with several agencies and overall project management of multiple initiatives at the same time,
␣ Working with Media Manager to constantly optimize recruitment activities, ␣ Analyzing data to recommend actions aimed at maximizing user retention in existing CRM
programs, ␣ Ongoing evaluation touchpoint performance data ( Marketing Automation, Google
Analytics, Socialbakers etc.) leading to actionable recommendations, ␣ Researching digital trends and spreading the knowledge within the organization.
Personal Profile:
␣ Minimum Bachelor degree in marketing or economics ␣ Minimum 4 ␣ 5 years of digital marketing, CRM and social media experience gained on
the agency or client side ␣ Proven expertise on variety of digital touch points (website usability, SEM, display
campaigns, social media, mobile, e-commerce etc.), ␣ Strong communication, inter-personal and organisational skills, especially great ability to
build effective work relationship and ensuring across various functions within organisation, ␣ Attention to details, excellent customer experience intuition and analytical skills;
demonstrated success in optimizing cross-touchpoint user experiences and conversion
rates, ␣ Strong understanding of current digital marketing concepts, strategy and best practice, ␣ Action oriented; ability to juggle multiple priorities and create a sense of urgency in a fast-
paced, dynamic environment.
