Tracking the statistics of my online shop, I observe the problem of too frequent incomplete purchases. It seems to me that the process of payment, selecting the delivery method and everything else is quite good and convenient. What else could be the reason?

But what about all the other stages of product selection? For example, in my online shop, sales have increased significantly after optimising not so much the entire site, but the product search process using the magento 2 year make model filter and other extensions. A faster and easier product search process, as well as a nice search box design, has had a positive impact on the number of purchases.
