or are still a student.

You can be creative in anything, and please do!

I've previously come across second one. And to me, it's more creative than HP spot. Frankly I can't answer to this question using percentage scale ;). Howsoever you try to mark unconventional, lateral thinking, individual outcome is crucial thing in this issue :). Be more practical - active - and less mathemtical ;). Hi Krzysztof,

I really like this one :)
Specially words about talent used in Renissance- that people build, painted, sculpted- not only managed. I've got this impression that most people in business would like to manage at the beginning without building anything at first. And I also like sentence that "digital talent is a state of mind".

About creativity- I think it's rare and is a talent itself :)
