Many times we think we know some skill:
Whether its sending a business email,
making a presentation,
negotiating,
making a joke to our chinese or japanese business partner
then in the end we don't achieve what we set out for.

But hey, we all make mistakes!
Let's rather learn to look critically at ourselves
and "Unlearn what we have learned."
