Looking for an energetic and driven plant manager with strong leadership to a Swedish concrete factory in Poland

Gripen Betongelement AB (Griffin Concrete AB) manufactures precast concrete frames.
As a company, we are considered a new player in the market. But in our employees are many years of experience and expertise.
Our production is located in Poland near Gdansk in Krokowa and has produced concrete frames of high quality since 1995.
We build on trust from some of Sweden's largest builders, and has delivered elements to hundreds of buildings throughout the years. Our employees' competence and experience, combined with our production capacity and quality, is what creates our strength. Each project is unique and has different challenges. Griffin Concrete turnover of idea into an efficient body of precast concrete. We make construction easier for our customers, furthermore, we are easy to deal with.

We are searching an energetic plant manager who is successful at running production and daily activities by planning, structuring and prioritizing right.
You will be working on targets and be responsible for production, staff and finances. You main task will be to secure the production and make the factory run efficient and smooth

The factory produces exclusively for the Swedish market and has aprox. 30 employees divided in production and administration.
You will report directly to the Swedish line and the director of Gripen Betong AB in Malmo/Sweden

Qualifications

You must have experience of concrete or similar operations and business, used to dealing with the budget, staff and production.
Very good understanding of the market and quality such as ISO and CE and LEAN.
Your leadership must be clear and strong. You will see to and motivate that the staff are qualified and works through dedication towards goals and continue to develop our large success.

All reports and contact with the head office in Sweden and CEO is English and you need to master the English language at a good and understandable level.
