Ensure the sustainability and improvement of the process
Supervision and coordination of the assembly process
Project management in order to improve processes, participation in VCP/LEAN projects
Analyze and troubleshoot
Maintain close cooperation and good communication with other departments in order to effectively solve production problems

Requirements:
Engineering degree (electrical, mechanical or equivalent)
Experience as a process engineer
Fluency in spoken and written English /essential/
Ability to work in multi-cultural environments
Ability to work under pressure
Highly performance and result oriented
