Temat: Looking for authentic Cuban salsa?

Whether you are a Cuban culture lover or simply somebody curious to see what it is all about, I would like to present you the International Cuban salsa festival Dias Cubanos: a one-of-a-kind event in Europe!

The Dias Cubanos is an annual festival organized by the non-profit foundation Cuba Cultura Events that I represent. This is a truly unique salsa that aims at promoting Cuban dances and Cuban culture in its completeness, flavour, colours, music and rhythms. A one-of-a-kind event attended by over 350 dancers every year coming from more than 8 countries.

Some of the highlights are:

-More than 40 hours of dance workshops, 16 of which are with live music!! These latter include afro Cuban, cuban rumba, Son and flamenco workshops.
- The line-up is made of highly qualified (Cuban) teacher coming from some of the major music and dance institutions in Cuban such as the Conjunto Folklorico Nacional and Instituto Superior de Arte de la Havana.
- An international rueda de casino competition that saw a group from Latvia as winner last year.
- Tthe whole event (parties, workshops, meal and rooms) is hosted in a beautiful 4 starts hotel. Therefore no need to move from one location to another as you can comfortably walk from your room to the party or the workshops. All furnished with a wellness area, swimming pool and more.
- The hotel is close to Amsterdam and Amsterdam Schiphol international airport
- There will be nearly 1000 m2 of dance floor!!!
