Visual Paradigm is able to export a BPEL spec that can be imported into Biztalk to create an orchestration. Although this will just be a starting point, there will still be a lot of work to do to get a workable orchestration.

Also if you wish to maintain the orchestration as BPEL compliant there are limitations with XLANG.
