Microsoft IT Synergy and Performance Management Group (“Synergy”) provides a Managed Service based Microsoft Technology like SQL 2005, SharePoint and Office Business Scorecard Manager 2005 (“BSM”) to various Microsoft internal customers.

Job purpose:
The purpose of the role to provide in a shared Model within the Team:
- Implementation, Automation Projects
- New Scorecard Product Beta Testing and Migration
60% of work time on Scorecard/Business Intelligence Implementation Projects/Support
40% of work time on Develepment of Microsoft IT Scorecard FrameWork

Technical/Functional Skills:
- Good SQL 2005(SSRS, SSIS, SSAS) Skills:
- Administration
- T-SQL, Stored Prodedures
- SSRS – building Enhanced Reports
- OLAP – Analysis Services, Data Mining, Build/Design Cubes
- Good Office, SharePoint Server Skills
- Preferable BSM Technical knowledge, but not necessary as these get trained
- Programming Skills in Visual Studio 2005, C#, Web Development
- Experiences with Tools that helps to get easy into new Apps, Tools etc.

Personal Attributes/Interpersonal Skills:
- Communication Skills

Language Skills:
- Fluent verbal and written English
