Temat: Problem. Instalacja Elgg 1.8.8

Witam. Stawiam małą rodzinną sieć na serwerah lh.pl. Wymagania są spełnione. Niestety nie mogę przejść do kolejnego kroku instalcji. Otrzymuję komunikat:

"We think your server is running the Apache web server.

The rewrite test failed and the most likely cause is that AllowOverride is not set to All for Elgg's directory. This prevents Apache from processing the .htaccess file which contains the rewrite rules.

A less likely cause is Apache is configured with an alias for your Elgg directory and you need to set the RewriteBase in your .htaccess. There are further instructions in the .htaccess file in your Elgg directory."

Zmiany uprawnień do katalogów już próbowałem. Nic to nie daje. Podrzućcie informację jak zmodyfikować .htacces lub dajcie jakieś inne wyjście z sytacji. Jestem zupełnym nowicjuszem / nieinformatykiem więc proszę o wyrozumiałość :)

Witam,
mam podobny problem na az.pl
Zainstalowałem skrypt poprzez softaculous zmieniłem RewriteBase sprawdziłem ustawienia w bazie danych i w plikach settings.php

Efekt biały ekran

Gdy instaluję ręcznie (tzn wrzucam instalkę z dysku) najpierw oczywiście wyskauje mi komunikat jak u kolegi, ustawiam RewriteBase no i znów biały ekran

Nie mam pojęcia jak to ugryźć pisałem do pomocy z az ale jest weekend nie pracują :(
