- perform inspections of subassemblies or finished products according
to customers’ requirements
- rework or reject finished products as required
- conduct process and system audits
- document the results of the inspections and testing
- maintain all controlled document files and test records in a timely and accurate manner
- coordinate calibration of test equipment and fixtures
- conducting engineering changes from quality side
- monitor critical equipment and instrumentation to ensure proper operation and calibration
- assist in the writing and updating inspection procedures, protocol and checklists
- evaluate problems and make initial recommendations for possible corrective action to supervise -
work with production management and Quality Assurance to provide feedback to assemblers
regarding accuracy of assembly procedures
- preparing work and measurement instructions
- solving internal problems and customer claims with quality tools as 8D report, Ishikawa
Diagram, 5 Why
- ability to make recommendations for corrective actions
- perform initial analysis of failed tests
- responsibility of PPAP quality documentation preparation
- managing products increased inspection when detecting suspected parts
- communicate the results of tests and analysis to the management and development team
- maintain and update tests based on continuous feedback
- ensure to meet all internal and customer requirements at R@R
- monitor implementation of corrective actions
