HR Director
Management:
- Managing a 13-member HR team which I have built for the purpose of implementing strategies for more than 700 employees working in 14 hotels spread all over Poland,
- Preparing the HR budget and being responsible for its execution.
Training and recruitment:
- Implementing the highest work quality standards,
- Supervising recruitment and training for all positions in the Company,
- Ensuring a positive employer branding.

- Coordinating processes of life-long learning, e-learning and sharing good practices in the Organisation,
- Supporting development of IT tools for acquiring knowledge by employees (additional system implementations: for the purpose of periodic appraisals, working time accounts, recruitment).

- Managing the reorganisation of HR and Payroll Departments of companies,
- Planning and implementing recruitment and training strategies,
- Supervising payroll schemes.
I successfully performed employment restructuring in GETIN Leasing. I prepared and implemented the Branch Operation Model for Getin Leasing. I unified descriptions of positions, payroll systems and cooperation with sales representatives.
