- Managing a 13-member HR team which I have built for the purpose of implementing strategies for more than 700 employees working in 14 hotels spread all over Poland,
- Preparing the HR budget and being responsible for its execution.
Training and recruitment:
- Implementing the highest work quality standards,
- Supervising recruitment and training for all positions in the Company,
- Ensuring a positive employer branding.
Knowledge management:
- Coordinating processes of life-long learning, e-learning and sharing good practices in the Organisation,
- Supporting development of IT tools for acquiring knowledge by employees (additional system implementations: for the purpose of periodic appraisals, working time accounts, recruitment).

- Developing internal employee relationships.
Coordination of payroll and benefit systems as well as HR administration.

- Coordinating the works performed by the 2-member HR Department.
HR projects:
- Being in charge of the HR aspect of the acquisition process of Carcade,
- Managing the reorganisation of HR and Payroll Departments of companies,
- Planning and implementing recruitment and training strategies,
- Supervising payroll schemes.

I successfully performed employment restructuring in GETIN Leasing. I prepared and implemented the Branch Operation Model for Getin Leasing. I unified descriptions of positions, payroll systems and cooperation with sales representatives.

- Coordinating training projects for AIG Credit and Gillette,
- Delivering over 200 hours of training (sales competence, Customer service, product training).

Developing and implementing new HR procedures and delivering training courses.

Supervising implementation of effective training systems,
- Managing HR projects.

I implemented an MS Office and MS Outlook training system for sales chains. I implemented an Employee Stock Option programme.
