IBM-Kenexa on behalf of Sidra. Responsible for nursing roles in a new project implementation (Qatar).

Sidra Medical and Research Center will be an ultramodern, all digital academic medical center which will set new standards in patient care for Women and Children in Qatar, the Gulf region and internationally. It will encompass three essential missions: world-class Patient Care, Medical Education and Biomedical Research.

 Sourcing through different channels: online database and job board mining, social networking, cold calling and headhunting;
 Selecting candidates by conducting detailed phone interviews, including competency based questions;
 Providing consistent and high-quality pipeline of candidates;
 Working closely with staffing consultants and managers;
 Creating shortlists and presenting candidates to staffing consultants.

AMS on behalf of Nike. Fully responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process for Nike Russia, supporting Nike UK, Holland, Belgium as well as Nike Poland.

AMS on behalf of RS Components, a sourcing partner. Helping with the new project implementation. Working mainly on IT (SAP, Oracle, e-Commerce, Java), sales and customer service roles. Telephone interviews, screening and proactive sourcing.


* Conducting telephone interviews, screening CVs against specific criteria.
* Proactive candidate sourcing utilizing job boards, data bases, social networking sites, market mapping etc.
* Maintenance of agreed service levels and targets set by the Recruitment Managers.
* Posting vacancies on job boards.
* Browsing candidates CVs and matching them against vacancies.
* Scheduling, offering, talent pooling and declining candidates.
* Cooperating with agencies on-site.
* Cold calling and head hunting.
* Working in English, Russian and Polish.
* Doing all administration work concerning face-to-face interwievs and Assessment Centres.

Initially started in Corporate Actions team, then transferred to Bonds & Interest Rates team.
