Sidra Medical and Research Center will be an ultramodern, all digital academic medical center which will set new standards in patient care for Women and Children in Qatar, the Gulf region and internationally. It will encompass three essential missions: world-class Patient Care, Medical Education and Biomedical Research.
Sourcing through different channels: online database and job board mining, social networking, cold calling and headhunting;
Selecting candidates by conducting detailed phone interviews, including competency based questions;
Providing consistent and high-quality pipeline of candidates;
Working closely with staffing consultants and managers;
Creating shortlists and presenting candidates to staffing consultants.

* Browsing candidates CVs and matching them against vacancies.
* Scheduling, offering, talent pooling and declining candidates.
* Cooperating with agencies on-site.
