HR and Payroll Specialist with the HR and Payroll Manager function from 12/2012
Preparing hiring and firing administrative documents, handling parental leave processes and queries, drawing up a payroll, calculation of contributions to Social Security Institution (SSI) and sending declarations to SSI, full service of SSI settlements (sick, remedial, maternal benefits etc.), preparation of declarations and settlements with National Disabled Persons Rehabilitation Fund, keeping updated personal files of employees (contracts, medical check-ups and OSH trainings), determining the right to holiday and keeping register of absences. Creating and implementing HR and Payroll Procedures aimed to ease processes in the company. Elaborating HR and Payroll Audit Forms. Conducting internal HR and Payroll courses based on attending external courses. Corrections of payroll and declarations to SSI. Practical knowledge about social security system applicable for employees posted to another country in EU, EEA and Switzerland.
