Collector Agent
As a collector agent I take care of the conciliation of Lufthansa’s twelve main customer accounts in NY, in case of short-payments or over payments It is my responsibility to contact the customer either send them back their refund or collect the short payment.

- Account: settlements
- Accounting: reconciliations, elaboration of statements of account, monitor of the accounts using
SAP and CASS/CNS
- Collection:
- Customer service: I answer customer enquiries on any topic, such as rates, accounting issues, wire
transfers, checks, etc,
- Dispute handling: first contact with user, placed service calls, informed and updated about existing service calls
- Coaching: whenever it is needed and a new member arrives to our team, I am assigned to provide shadowing training until they are capable of working on their own.

As a member of the field dispatch, I mastered the operation very quickly and I was a key member in the 4 areas the FD is divided into.

- Monitor: in this area I monitored all hi priority calls in which we have a 4r response
- Priority Control Center: In this area we processed all the shipments from and to all over the US
- Customer Line: first contact with user, placed service calls, informed and updated about existing service calls
- Tech Line: I helped out technicians closing service call over the SIMS system ordering parts, fixing their daily records, etc
