Work in Business Excellence section focuses on process optimization starting with mapping, designing a new process and then, if necessary, adapting existing IT solutions or developing applications based on SharePoint 2016 and Nintex (mainly) and M365 to manage the process and data followed with PowerBI reports. Also controlling the organizational aspect of the organization and its processes. In addition performing Excel trainings and small optimization with using VBA and other tools if needed.
