* preparation of timely and accurate monthly, quarterly and annual reports
* preparation of VAT declaration
* reconciliation and confirmation monthly inter-company balances
* cooperation with auditors
* posting bank statements, discounts, returns and other charge backs to customer accounts timely and accurately
* allocation of payments
* bank accounts reconciliation
* preparing direct debits and outgoing payments to customers
* cash forecasting for local and foreign currencies
* sweep account management and other treasury activities

* posting all cash receipts, discounts, allowances, returns and other charge backs to customer accounts timely and accurately,
* allocation of payments
* reconciliation of accounts
* monitoring customer account details for non payments, delayed payments etc.
* investigate and resolve customer queries,
* managing credit blocked orders and customers approaching or exceeding credit limit
* making proactive calls to predefined customers to arrange collection of payments
* preparing Accounts Receivable Aging Report

* obtaining short-term shipping contracts
* building and maintaining relationships with customers and subcontractors
* organization of the safe, efficient and cost-effective transportation of goods
* customer service to coordinate transportation

* support for bank's corporate customers from Czech Republic in the area of Static Data, Funds release, Investigation
* payment processing
* contact with the head office in Prague
