Recruitment Partner for FedEx (SSC) via Hays Centre of Excellence
✔ Working on daily basis with a Recruitment Partner from HAYS Poland to understand client expectations and role requirements; assisting in business meetings with managers on hiring matters and to plan recruitment strategies
✔ Providing support to day-to-day operations, such as liaisons to managers from different departments, assisting in conducting employee orientations, presenting verbal offers to candidates, sending employee documents and taking part in occasional employer branding events
✔ Responsibility for personal KPIs and business SLAs
✔ Managing end-to-end recruitment processes on behalf of the client
✔ Managing candidates in all aspects during the recruiting process: screen and select resumes of the appropriate candidates to present to the managers, coordinating and conducting f2f competency based interviews & behavioural interviews with candidates, preparing interview documents
✔ Developing candidates’ profiles based on briefings and in-depth requirements analysis
✔ Job advert management (posting and placing advertisements)
✔ Managing the applicant tracking system (One Touch) – updating records and information
✔ Identify, select and search candidates by using proactive sources and recruiting techniques, which includes, but not limited to job boards as well as Boolean searches, X-ray searches, referrals, social media and networks
✔ Providing training for new employees
✔ Identifying potential areas of improvement (achievement: creation of a training plan for newly recruited staff, which was accepted by the manager and the HR department)

✔ Selecting job applications, meeting candidates and creating candidates’ profiles & providing recommendations
✔ Making and negotiating offers & preparing documents for the client’s employees
✔ Everyday working with candidates on the phone, by e-mail and create relationships with them
✔ Analysing candidates individually – matching candidates aspirations to the clients’ requirements
✔ Selecting job applications, meeting candidates and creating candidates’ profiles & providing recommendations

✔ Analysing candidates individually - matching candidates aspirations to clients' requirements
✔ Everyday working with clients & candidates via phone, e-mail and liaising relationships with them
✔ Meeting with clients (with my Team Leader's presence)
✔ Selecting job applications, creating candidates' profiles
✔ Building a database of candidates
✔ Executing recruitment processes in SSC/BPO sector (mainly in accountancy, banking, customer service, ITO and translating areas)
