- delivering financial targets for main brands
- developing consumer communication: TV, digital, radio, in-store
NPDs development
- launching new products with strong consumer communication (Heartburn – Ortanol Max, Migraine – Migea, Wound care – Altabactin)
- developing new products based on the product consumer needs, product concept and company (Calm&Sleep - Neopersen Forte)
BTL and market research projects
- developing BTL campaigns for Pharmacies and Doctors
- designing and perform research projects
