- Drive project delivery proactively, balancing planning, scope, schedule, budget, communications, and risks.

- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support project goals in collaboration with business users and stakeholders.
- Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
- Establish milestones and monitor adherence to master plans and schedules.

- Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders and liaise with them on an ongoing basis.

The Malopolska Council for Information Society is an expert advisory body of the regional government in the field of the information society. The aim is to carry out the coordination role and to provide the local government with a knowledge basis as an aid for its decisions in the strategy issues of the area of information society development so that the coordination of projects would be improved.

IT Project: “E-administration in the Counties of Malopolska.” Responsible for starting up a project and receiving a grant from the European Union.

Regionalny Think Tank - Małopolska Rada Obserwatoriów Rozwoju Regionalnego i Ewaluacji (MRORRiE) została powołana Uchwałą Zarządu Województwa Małopolskiego.

Pełni funkcję gremium doradczego wobec działań zarządu województwa prowadzonych w obszarze spraw związanych z procesem zarządzania rozwojem regionalnym oraz badaniem i oceną polityki rozwoju województwa. Jej celem jest ponadto integrowanie regionalnego systemu badań i analiz publicznych.

Rada gromadzi przedstawicieli administracji regionalnej, przedstawicieli małopolskich uczelni wyższych oraz instytucji naukowych i badawczych, a także instytucji wspierających rozwój gospodarczy w województwie.

Małopolskie Obserwatoria Rozwoju Regionalnego (MORR) stanowią element strategicznego zarządzania regionem.

Obserwatoria Rozwoju Regionalnego powstały z myślą o uzyskaniu wpływu na sprawne, racjonalne i efektywne zarządzanie rozwojem regionalnym. Dostarczają informacji na temat procesów rozwoju społeczno-gospodarczego w województwie, realizacji celów polityki rozwoju oraz syntetycznej oceny oddziaływania różnych instrumentów interwencji publicznej w regionie, a w szczególności programów pomocowych Unii Europejskiej.

Ich działalność ukierunkowana jest na prowadzenie badań i analiz dotyczących procesów społeczno-gospodarczych w województwie małopolskim i realizacji celów strategii rozwoju, a w szczególności: wpływu pozyskanych środków unijnych na rozwój wybranych sektorów działalności, regionalnej koniunktury, kondycji przedsiębiorstw, integracji społecznej w regionie, równości szans, rynku pracy oraz edukacji.

ARMA has been designated by the Government of the Republic of Poland to perform the role of an accredited paying agency. It deals with the implementation of instruments co-financed from the European Union budget and provides aid from national funds. The Agency, as the performer of agricultural policy, cooperates with the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development. At the same time, ARMA is under supervision of the Ministry of Finance within the scope of managing public funds.

The responsibilities include among others:
a) Supervising, monitoring and advising the Board of Management on: (i) the
realization of the Company’s targets, (ii) the Company's strategy and risks
inherent to its business activities, (iii) the structure and management of the
internal risk management and control systems, (iv) the financial reporting
process and (v) a takeover process in case a takeover bid for the Company’s
shares is being prepared or has been made; (vi) corporate social
responsibility aspects which are relevant to the Company; (vii) the Company’s
relationship with its shareholders; and (viii) compliance with legislation and
regulations;
b) in cooperation with the Board of Management disclosing, complying with and
enforcing the corporate governance structure of the Company;
