Provide data to support regional contract negotiations

3) Sourcing Strategy (Total Spend 25M EUR)
Provide supplier performance data to support strategy
Lead strategy development
Execute the implementation of the regional/global strategy

4) Delivery Management - Manage Escalation:
Support factories and supply chain to ensure components deliveries on time.
1st level of escalation within Commodity Management team

5) Quality, Engineering & Technology Engagement:
Recoup financial impacts when an incident occurs.

6) Project Management:
Manage request for quotation for new projects
Support project management team in project execution

7) Cost Reduction:
Analyze supplier cost performance data
Drive cost reduction projects

8) Financial Reporting:
Provide monthly financial reports for assigned portfolio

- Ordering raw material according to the actual demand.
- Cooperating with international project team in case to determine logistic and procurement process
- Daily review open PO's in case to control deliveries on time.
- Preparing monthly and weekly pick up plan from suppliers.
- Creating and follow up of logistic claims.
- Realization of the objectives regarding the level of inventories and the timeliness of deliveries.
- Supervision of customs clearance and cooperating with customs agency.
- Leading of negotiation with suppliers in case of new MOQ, pricing and speed up deliveries.
- Continuous improvement of ordering processes, material flow, production planning and deliveries.

Planning and coordination of the supply chain direct to the customers.
- Data analysis of inventory, service, market trend, sales.
- Operational work related to the systems and internal platforms.
- Cooperation (daily calls, meetings) with transport company’s and customers.
