Creation & update of projects in Infor’s internal tools (Salesforce/ Clarity)
Assign identified resources to Clarity project Teams
Ensure all Consulting time is submitted and approved

record invoices, support Finance on third party accruals)
Provide support to the Consulting teams on systems and processes

Auditing T&E documents (receipts, respect of company policy, VAT)
Ensuring timely reimbursement to employees in accordance with company policies and service level agreements
Inputting data into the T&E system (SAP)
Supporting employees with answering their questions from the T&E area

Processing invoices accurately and in a timely manner
Assuring invoice compliance with accountancy, tax, local, legal rules and customer accounting standards
Matching Purchase Order to invoice and works with procurement to release holds
Answering calls and e-mails as CRC (Customer Response Center) Agent

Booking incoming payments in ADONIX, BPCS, XRT systems
Dunning procedure
Generating of invoices/credit notes/statements
Answering calls and e-mails as Customer Response Center Agent (CRC)
Updating process documentation in accordance to country special requirements

Controlling of payroll related data in SAP system
Running Payroll
Reporting post-payroll for finance and accounting departments
Preparing monthly and quarterly declarations of payments calculating done by company to third parties and those paid by employee (Assedic, URSSAF)

Setting individual and team goals, and support in achieving them
Creating, implementing and rationalizing the process of optimizing work flow
Cooperating with different teams in order to assure high level service
Reporting the team’s results to the manager
Representing the team during conference calls with the external client in French language
