Administers various human resources plans and procedures for all company personnel; assists in development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures, and HR Administration Manual. Partner with business units on hiring needs, be liaison for successful posting, hiring and orienting new team members. Assists in evaluation of reports, decisions, and results of department in relation to established goals. Recommends new approaches, policies and procedures to affect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed. Collaborate with HR Director and department team leaders on employee relation concerns; coach and counsel department employees; issues disciplinary actions and perform EEOC investigations in partnership with Legal department as required. Assists with separation procedures to include but not limited to: exit interviewing, departing email, and processing documentation as required. Collaborates with senior management and HR team to administer annual Performance Management program to include but not limited to: perform training, assist in communication of program and review and record results. Assist in the development of effective teamwork within the department, training new members of the team as required. Manage work to meet deadlines often under tight time frames and assist team members when required. Create and maintain HR files and update the information system in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures. Partner with Benefits Specialist to ensure all the new hires are enrolled in benefits.

- Responsible for supporting the mentoring, coaching and development of team, recognizing strengths and weaknesses, as well as building out performance improvement plans. Manage and lead a team of Recruiters, driving performance results across assigned account(s). Act as a consultative business partner by knowing the labor market and client's business industry in order to provide exceptional sourcing consulting strategies.
Recruiting operations focused to include but not limited to: daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly goals, build out individual recruiter equations, make agile adjustments to goals. Handles all direct employee issues and processes, including ongoing performance management, appraisal process, and development planning. Full ownership of comprehensive reporting to Sr Leadership. Full understanding of contract details, P&L and account logistics in order to successfully manage team and direct their focus appropriately. Ensure team is educated on their metrics as it relates to the current SLAs outlined in the SOW and the impacts of missing or meeting those targets as it relates to the recruiter performance. Strategically forecast resourcing needs, proper allocation resources and requisition assignments to ensure high level of customer service and support. Monitor and measure client satisfaction, responding with urgency when situations arise and taking proactive steps to ensure high level of productivity. Foster a high performance culture across team(s). Ability to identify and prioritize short and long term goals as it relates to the account and recruiter's desk. Maintain data integrity by auditing the team's metrics, process adherence and administrative compliance on a weekly basis, at minimum. Determine and communicate weekly goals to sourcing team members as applicable. Strong partnership and collaboration with CRM as well as members of Sr Leadership, Clients and external partners. Other duties, as assigned.
