- responsible to guide manufacturing Division plants (worldwide) in order to increase the products value for Faurecia, solving issues and/or reducing their cost while improving their quality performance,
- responsibility includes Comfort (Foams and Pneumatics plants) in the Comfort and Trim Division
- interface between customers and Division plants (financial offers collection connected to product/process changes, technical specifications for the modified products/process, resolution of technical or financial blocking points to receive customer agreement for changes implmentation)
- Manage the ECR (Engineering Change Request) for serial projects in Division plants
(centralize customers requests, costing, validate their amount (ECO) et verify the product & process feasibility analysis, contact with the Div. Sales Dept. for the amount and cost impacts)
- Ensure a faire breakdown of price evolutions between the different production sites in the Division (ECR's and VA/VE)
- Follow VA/VE results for the Division and reporting to the TOP Management
- Ensure a smooth handover of the closed Programs by the Serial Life teams

• Responsible to successfully manage a new program(s) to the production plant (also VA/VE projects) – build and manage of the New Projects Dept. in the Plant
•Lead the new process building in the Production Plant (study, verify, specify, validate, release) by using adequate Faurecia Group tools, ensuring the respect of Legal requirements as well as customer and internal specifications)
•Manage of the project budget
•Build the project plan in order to track important mile stones
•Ensure that all required program launch activities and quality planning activities take place during the implementation of the new program (respect Project Management System)
•Organise and Manage the meetings with Program team members and Customers – Gates Review, Core Team Meetings, ECR’s meetings, audit Run&Rates
•Interact with Core and APQP Team members to establish and support program goals during new process building and running
•Build and manage Project Team on the plant level (manage work of team members to ensure project milstones achievement using Faurecia and customer Projects tools)
•Lead ECR’s implementation of the new and serial projects

•Build and Manage of the Plant Engineering and Maintenance Team
•Responsible for plant Maintenance and Engineering processes in the plant
•Lead the Investment process in the plant (for engineering, maintenance and general service)
•Supervision of the new projects implementation to the plant and coordinating of technical changes in existing projects (Lead new Program Team in the Plant)
•Responsible for General Service in the plant (energetic installation and maintenance of the plant building, HSE installation) assure conformability with legal requirements
•Responsibility for the Key Indicators of the Engineering and Maintenance processes, manage and improve their effectiveness

• define production proces for new projects in front of budget, demand for investment preparation, lead building of new machines in Divison production plants, lead contracts with suppliers
• study , develop in detail, validate, release and set-up the complete Production System of the program: equipment and tool interfaces, layout, process flow charts, material and information flow diagram in accordance with the Group standards and program objectives
• lead realization of tools for process equipment, including KPC&KCC characteristic and HSE/PSE requirements , ensure manufacturing feasibility in Division production plants
• ensure equipment of proces in all process documents required by Faurecia Group on each phase of project,lead and follow Manufacturing Functional Milestone defined by the Faurecia Group
• organized and lead production audits during proces preparation phase then follow actions till required target achieving (regular review with plant Pre-Production leaders)

• responsible for process definition, validation and
industrialization, taking into account all process
restraints, manage schedule and capacity for parts
production
• plan and coordinate production of new product in
coordination with technical development, quality,
purchasing, production, logistic and sales
departments
• coordinating cooperation processes with Program team,
in the company structures and with other companies
(suppliers, clients) during each phase of project
• capacity of production lines checking in front of new
projects implementation (efficiency Run at Rate
audits)
• manage of ECR's (implementation of engineering
changes in serial projects)

• preparing documentation according to PPAP
procedure,
• compliments management, preparing 8D reports and
internal action plans, supervising correction
processes in the company, at clients and on logistic
platforms,
• internal and external PPM reduction using quality
control tools
• define the control plans (including Safety and
Regulation customer requirements)
build and maintain good relations with customers
• Internal production process audits: following
internal procedures and ISO TS 16949 requirements
(independent internal auditor certificate)
