Labware LIMS management. Server and SQL DB maintenance;

- coordination and maintenance of the main laboratory information management system
- preparation and LIMS implementation (incl.validation) of new tests introduced to the lab.
- LIMS Basic programming - macros, database queries, reports, exports, test calculations etc.

- Results reviewing, approving and sending to the customers
- SOP's preparation and development
- new analyses and methods - design and validation
- maintenance of main analytical methods used in the lab; HPLC, IC, NMR, ELISA, Titrations.

1 Month apprenticeship in Quality Department.
Project related with quality expectations of one of the major customers.

• chemical analysis of water and food samples using HPIC, HPLC, ELISA and many other methods
• supervision of laboratory staff during weekend shifts
• laboratory equipment maintenance (autoclaves, pH meters, dispensers, plate washers, incubators), calibration, basic service and repairs, contact with equipment suppliers.
• intake of BSE samples, preparation of paperwork attached, contact with veterinary doctors responsible for sampling, preparation of the reports for Department of Agriculture
• chemical/biochemical analyses and tests for the presence of Beta-agonist, Trenbolone, corticosteroids, antibiotics, moisture content and insoluble impurities (titration, filtering, ELISA)
• various steps of microbiological dection tests for Enterobacteriacae, Coliforms, E. Coli, raw material preparation for tests
• reports and documentation preparation in accordance with SOP’s
• translation of SOP’s into polish language for polish staff members, conducting food safety and hygiene training for polish staff in Irish food factories
• waste management and classification
• media/reagents preparation and validation
