HR Account Manager
Responsible for the provision of generalist HR support and advice to managers and employees for a number of specific business areas to ensure that each business area meets or exceeds its objectives (used to in HRV; currently in Customer Service Center and support functions). Work closely with business areas to understand their business strategy and challenges and ensure that HR supports the business to achieve their objectives by providing value-add and practical HR solutions.
Accountable for creating, communicating and implementing global and local HR programs and processes within own business areas (ie. performance management, talent management and succession planning, change management etc). Responsible for the Diversity&Inclusion plan and implemenation actions (ie.training, events etc)
