Duties as below

- leading IT projects on my own and with support of researchers
- active and independent searching for candidates for positions (all over Poland) such as: Java Developer/Architect, JavaScript Developer, PHP Developer, .NET Developer, Test Engineer, System Administrator, DB Administrator, ERP Consultant etc.
- direct contact with enterprise’s external customers
- realization of KPI’s (number of CV sent, budget realization target) set by employer
- attending training sessions (IT technologies, Boolean search, Behavioral interview, Public appearance)
- preparation and conducting of IT training sessions (from scratch) for internal IT junior and IT regular recruitment specialists – responsible for "Introduction to the most important IT terms and Java crucial technologies" section (PHP, C#/.NET parts - in future plans)
- representing my IT team during job fair called Absolvent Days 2015 and job fair in WEiTI chamber of Warsaw University of Technology 2016
- contact with candidates from foreign countries (especially Ukraine)

- searching for candidates for positions such as: Java Developer, JavaScript Architect, C/C++ Developer, Python Developer, Project Manager, Oracle Identity Management Developer, AML Specialist, Grid Engineer, Unix/Linux Administrator etc. (using database, GoldenLine.pl, LinkedIn and direct search method)
- phone calls and personal meetings with the best candidates
- creating candidates’ profiles and sending them to customers of company
- sharing with teammates interesting candidates’ profiles not fully suitable for my projects
- attending training session of cold calls

- coordinating recruitment process for positions such as: art director, PHP developer, PR specialist, senior project manager, IT director, front-end developer, analyst (creating texts for job ads and short description for a company website, application form, CV ‘s selection, putting ads on pracuj.pl, infopraca.pl, goldenline.pl, purpose.com.pl, interaktywnie.com, completing dossiers of all candidates)
- preparing and checking tasks, making resumes of candidates’ profiles for supervisor
- introducing new employees, preparation of worksites, indispensible software and hardware
- creating procedures, which optimized usage of workers’ resources
- cooperation with project managers, front-end developers, graphic designers, programmers, copywriters and analysts during realization of the main projects
- checking the evidence of software and hardware – starting the process of hardware/software ordering
- contact with external customers

- phone and e-mail contact with customers
- solving the problems signalized by customers
- representing the best company standards
- cooperation with teams of copywriters, graphic designers and quality checkers
- informing candidates about results of recruitment process
- active training of new coworkers

- teaching Latin according to syllabus
- making regular reports containing information about students’ progress
- creating motivation system for disciples
