Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor
Taking into consideration my previous job and significant results during that time I would like to continue to growth and get more experience in this direction. That is why I think that management position in Manufacturing Engineering environment is what I see for myself within next 10 years.
Providing direction and guidance to other manufacturing personnel and other multi-function teams in a continuous effort to improve manufacturing productivity, coordinating various existing operations to ensure compatibility and directing others, ensuring all technical, cost, manufacturing, materials problems are addressed and solved, supervising or managing a work unit of primarily management and/or salaried employees where planning, scheduling, monitoring and reviewing work of subordinates, developing all programming for new machines, processes and products and ensuring and implementing new technologies and continual improvements on the various processes to improve quality and reduce costs.

- Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor,
- STR ICT Team Member,
- Synergy Heavy Fabs Team Member,
- Engineering Changes Management related to Caterpillar facility,
- Quality Proactive Audits auditor,
- APQP and PPAP activities management (including Characteristic Matrix development, communication with design team and supplier development),
- SPOC for Sosnowiec facility (including WW discussions related to design, manufacturing and development),
- BIQ activities,
- CPS and 6 Sigma Green Belt,
- RIW management and hosting for quality and processes improvement

Management of the Project and Fabrication transition from one facility to another (communication with all related team members, Primavera and MS Project management and update related to all project activities, weekly team meetings hosting etc.)

Responsibilities: office, steel constructions shop floor, construction yards work, reviewing the specifics of new construction and project scopes, managing projects.
As a Project and Supply Manager I was engaged in the production and service of steel structures, pipelines, management of employees, scheduling and long term planning, prices negotiation and the final selection of suppliers in accordance with the needs of the production of steel structures and pipelines, as well as supervised the order and delivery of materials for production. I Supervised and helped in creating quality documentation based on collected documents.
