- Working closely with recruiters and hiring managers on daily basis to successfully fill open positions
- Building and developing database - talent pools of qualified candidates
- Screening and qualifying candidates to determine suitability
- Building relationships with candidates as well as with recruiters and hiring managers
- Directly contacting candidates to qualify interest in opportunity
- Utilize advanced search techniques to identify candidates
- CVs screening according to the role criteria
- Processing requisitions, introducing candidates to the system (ITM, Avature).
