Magnusson encourages lifelong learning and recognises that success is all about people. My role is to facilitate the team in this continuous development by helping everyone find appropriate and motivating learning solutions, improving communication, identifying new learning opportunities, and encouraging a training culture whilst supporting the whole team. My roles range from being a trainer and educator to being a coach, facilitator, and mediator.

- "Best managed international firm" at The Managing Partners’ Forum Awards for Management Excellence in association with Harvard Business Review, and the Financial Times;

I am a consultant for the Publishing House of Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw. I deal with the proofing and editing of all English language books that the University Publishing House publishes.

My work at Magnusson includes the development and preparation of training for all legal, administrative, IT and marketing staff. This has resulted in a company-wide raising of language and communication skills. My work also includes liaising with the marketing department on a variety of cross-company projects. My role was one of being a trainer, educator and facilitator.

I have always focused on honesty, passion and energy. Training becomes easy when these three come together. To empower, motivate and awaken creativity, trainers need to believe not only in what they are doing but believe their protégés can go forward and attain as much if not more than their mentor. My lecturing at SWPS (which includes translator training, social media, communication for personal development and blogging) has been rewarded with a number of awards. My role included being an educator, trainer, facilitator, mentor and even coach.
