DUTIES:

Design of FPGA solutions for converter applications
Hardware and Software Co-design
Analyze Customer requirements and derive suitable solutions
Perform root cause analysis in complex software architectures
Implementation of fieldbus protocols like CANopen, Profinet via Anybus modules
Create scripts for automatic build machines (Scons based)
Develop and maintain software for multiprocessor architecture
Use of simulation tools for FPGA logic
Use of requirements managements systems like DOORS
Collaboration in global team structures

JOB QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Communications Engineering, Electronics/Electrical Engineering or equivalent
More than 4 years of proven experience in industry
C/C++, Python, VHDL
Multiprocessor architecture
Use and understanding of SCM systems (preferred knowledge is with Perforce)
Use of requirements managements systems like DOORS
Component based development
Solid communication skills
Solid navigation inside global team structure
Operating system knowledge (Embedded Linux preferred)
