Payroll Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Supervises a team of non-exempt individual contributors that typically support standard global payroll processes (e.g., Payroll Run, Payroll Processes, Audits,).
  
• Responsible for hiring, setting and monitoring of annual performance plans, coaching, and career development; ensures that the proper tools are in place to support the team and the processes.
  
• Responsible for Inspire, motivate and goals achievement of payroll team
  
• Leads a standard transactional payroll process supporting the company’s global finance function.
  
• Control costs and look for efficiencies
  
• Ensures the accuracy and timeliness of Payroll Run.
  
• Supports the development of systems and tools.
  
• Leads payroll processes across finance function.
  
• Leads remote team in several countries
  
• Responsible for client relationship and communications
  

Education and Experience Required:

• University degree in Finance, Management or Human Resources.
  
• Typically 2+ years of experience in a supervisor/management role.

Knowledge and Skills Required:

• Good understanding of payroll and taxes principles.
  
• Good analytical skills.
  
• Good supervisory skills.
  
• Fluency in English.
  
• Strong business application skills (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
