Currently for our Client – a Canadian leader in the manufacturing and assembly of components for the aerospace industry, we are looking to fill the position of: 

CNC Programmer / Designer

Responsibilities:

• Read and understand the plans and customer specifications,
  
• Perform program analysis, drawing and/or correct customer plans and designs for the manufacture quality of aircraft parts,
  
• Program information relating to machine language patterns,
  
• Draw and make the listing of the drawings as required,
  
• Make technical drawings required by the standards established by the company,
  
• Complete production forms,
  
• Ensure correct order of programs based on production standards,
  
• Monitoring of raw materials and supplies purchase,
  
• Assuring proper documentation and communication flow.

Requirements: 

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent,
  
• Fluent in English and Polish (oral and written),
  
• 3-5 years of experience as Designer or Product Engineering using 3D CAD (Mastercam or Admac),
  
• Good knowledge in reading plans,
  
• Knowledge of Quotes and Dimensioning Standards,
  
• Familiar with EN9100 standard,
  
• Comfortable working in a team and independently,
  
• Ability to stay focused, thorough and have a good stress management,
  
• Dynamism and proactive, problem solving aptitude,
  
• Aptitude for 3D spatial perception.
